    My experience at Brigade was very disappointing considering this was 3rd time dining here. First the water was constantly empty due to a very very small glass, generally having to wait 20 minutes for more water. Secondly the plates were cold which caused our food to be cold. The flavor was excellent but cold food is a no go. Third when ask if I wanted another lemonade right before my entire come out, which I responded yes too. I then received my entire, sent it back as it was cold, received a hot one which was delicious, finished it, but still had not gotten a refill… Overall very disappointed with the experience.

    Good food and service, but very noisy! Also shouldn’t be charging a service fee for using credit cards. Your service staff would benefit if you didn’t.

    Had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s birthday. Service was wonderful. Britain was very focused on making sure we enjoyed our evening. Manager came over as well to make sure we had everything we needed and even wished our son a happy birthday.

    Food was excellent. The service could have been better. Drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. No side plates were given for a shared appetizer. For the price the service should be better than this.

    The steak Frittes was ordered medium rare and it showed up well done and the gravy on top attempted to mask it. Not sure why they cut the steak into pieces, this is a 12oz New York Strip, not a 24oz porterhouse. Ordered a cocktail before dinner and never showed up. Then it arrived incorrect, then it finally arrived at the end of the meal. Apps were great, buffalo short rib was great, filet was great. It was busy so the noise was at its peak.

    Great atmosphere, friendly service and good food and drinks off a modest menu. We were there towards the end of what they said was their busiest night ever but still a great experience.

    This was our first visit to Brigade. The service was excellent, the wait staff did a great job. Food came out quickly. The beef rib was amazing. The filet was cooked perfectly and was very good. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will visit again in the future.

    Don't order the $28 charcuterie board! It had 2 small pieces of cheese, 6 crackers, a satisfactory amount of salami/prosciutto, a dab of mustard & a few pickled carrots. Pretty pathetic! The sign at the front door said that they had Coho salmon for a special, but our server said that wasn't the case. As an older, conservative couple, we thought the 2 gay bartenders should do their kissing in private & not while working in an upscale restaurant.

    Brigade was lovely! We took our niece who’s in college. It felt upscale but not stuffy. The food was well excited with clean , unique flavors. We will definitely be back!
