   As always, the food was on point! The problem was… getting the food. Our server was basically MIA! It took him more than 10 minutes to come to the table for initial contact, and it was down hill from there. We are thankful that some of his colleagues stepped up to help out, otherwise we probably would have simply left. While this type of service is atypical for Brio, it should never occur. It definitely had a negative impact on our experience.

   The food was excellent and well prepared. Our waiter was attentive and anticipated our needs. The noise level is a little high. The atmosphere is beautiful and very attractive.

   It was surprising that this restaurant does not have angel hair pasta available. I would have loved to sub angel hair for reg spaghetti. Otherwise the food is standard chain restaurant fare. My wife’s steak salad was good. Server was efficient and available and did a good job. Overall experience was decent but nothing too special.

   Yesterday, we expected to be served the same warm sour dough bread, that was served over the past years, but NOT, the bread was very hard and tasteless! Our very pleasant server informed us that the original seller no longer delivers to Las Vegas! What a shame, the substitute does not compare to the original delicious bread!

   As usual, the service and food were great. My guests were a little late, but it was not an issue with the restaurant. Very accommodating.

   Had some difficulty using a coupon so ordered coffee to qualify for the coupon. Coffee was cold & there was no more available.

   Party of 9 for birthday. We basically bussed our own table. Lasagne, steak and lamb were good. My son ordered Penne Arriabata with sausage. I told him to change it because it’s spicy. The waiter said it was not. We got it and he could not eat it. We all tried it. Spicy. Ordered two lobster and shrimp fettuccine. My son’s had a couple of little bites of lobster and my husband’s had none. A few small shrimp. The waiter could care less. Not sure why I still left a hefty tip. Overall very underwhelming.
