    I got there 5 minutes before my reservation time but my party wasn't there I told the host that we were ready in 5 minutes and she said that was okay my table was ready !! My party arrived within 5 minutes ,, I went and to the host that we were ready .. she said ok come on in when we were about to enter another host told us sorry will be a few minutes I guess they give my tablet to another party so here we were waiting about a half an hour to be seated that was very upsetting,,, because also they sent me a text saying that my tablet was ready !! well it wasn't,,,very frustrating they asked me if I wanted to sit outside or wait more but didn't know how long!!! More upset... but we decided to sit outside

    I enjoyed the seating area on the patio. The servers were exceptional, but the food was cold and not worthy of praise.

    Server and manager were not aware of the Valentine's Day "Forrest Backyard BBQ" promotion running for the month of February and would not honor it even when I showed the corporate email promotion that I had received. We had to order something else.

    Food always great. Service very slow, had to ask for stuff a couple of times. Never got a water refill. Usually this is not a problem.

    Everything was great 👍 the only problem was we were by the door going out to the patio and when it would open it was so cold 🥶 🥶we froze our butts off ☹️other than that the food was great 👍 I just wished that the help didn’t have to go outside so much since it was too cold 🥶 for anyone to be on the patio 😉
