   Great ambience great food service was so so, but it did seem to take a little longer than most places to get your food even when I ordered a dessert something that shouldn’t have taken more than five minutes took 15 and we were halfway done eating him before I realized that it wasn’t even all there It was supposed to be sitting in a puddle of raspberry sauce and there was absolutely none on the plate and when I mentioned this to the server, she says oh I’m sorry. Can I bring you some on the side but by that time it was too late. It just would’ve been nice to get what you ordered to come out the way it was supposed to and not have to ask for it other than that the food was awesome and we will be going back again.

   Was a little disappointed with the quality of the food. Seems things have changed since before Covid. Service was fair. Had lunch portions of chicken parmigiana and spaghetti and meatball. The best part of the meal was the meatball and our side salads. I think the chicken was a pressed patty and not a real chicken breast. Restaurant was clean and seating upon arrival was prompt and friendly.

   My husband and I have been to Buca on numerous occasions. This time we took some friends with us who had never been to Buca and had never heard of them. Our server was Audrey, who we had requested. She is fantastic. A real ball of energy. Our friends were very impressed with her. She remembered the orders, without being reminded. The food was plentiful and very good. Altogether everyone had a great time.

   Awesome, delicious food. Huuuge portions of food; great if you plan to share but not so great if your party has different selections. Service was great. I expected more from the "wine room" but all good. The only disappointment was that they had no time glasses.!

   Didn't know it was family style and it was just me so a lot of wasted food. Service was ridiculously slow. Because I was by myself waitress probably figured not much tip. Never got a drink refill and waited forever to be served. Out of stuffed shells so had to order manicotti which was not my preference.

   Our server Audrey was amazing m! She was so friendly and upbeat! She was so accommodating. The food was delicious, and huge portions. Be advised....the small is large!

   Service was pretty awful. Food order was delayed and taken before our drink order. I was overcharged for wine Wednesday and didn’t realize until I got home. The fettuccine Alfredo was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Sauce tasted like Ragu or jarred great value. Calamari was extremely rubbery. Extremely slow service, subpar food, and way overpriced.    I was very disappointed with the quality and value of their pizza. I had never had pizza at Buca before. The board they delivered the flat bread pizza on was thicker than the pizza. There was a minimal amount of ingredients or cheese for the toppings. Waitress was very nice but never once asked me if I would like to speak to a manager. It was National Pi Day and the the pizza was half price. But half price meant half the dough and half the toppings. You could get 3 of Dominos specials pizza for the price of one half price pizza at Buca di Beppo in Celebration, FL. If you paid $38 regular price you have to be crazy. Definitely not a great value or quality. When the pizza was delivered to our table I should have got up and walked out. In my opinion Buca di Beppo is very over priced and the value and quality of the food isn't great. Not impressed at all. It had been a long time since I had eaten at Buca and it will be a very long if ever again!
