Modern Italian Dining, Rooted in Tradition

Buca Vaughan was born out of a deep reverence for Italy's rich and varied regional culinary traditions, as well as an unwavering commitment to upholding the highest benchmarks of quality, culture, and design.     We had an incredible experience last night! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was incredibly fresh. We’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

    I had a great dinner at Buca Vaughan. Lovely manager, great service and delicious food! The fritto misto and gnocchi alla genovese were outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    Told the server I didn’t like the meal and no accommodations were made. Paid 55$ for a meal I had one bite out of. The lobster pasta had a heavy fish scent and tasted unclean/unwashed. Ive had lobster pasta and lobster many times before and I’ve never had this experience.

    The food is overall quite good. The Salumi and Branzino are both excellent, especially the Branzino, it's really tasty and well-prepared. The side order of mushroom is a bit salty while the angle hair is a little light in taste. The lowest value part was the tomahawk steak. The taste was not so good while the price is not reflecting what it tastes. This is the only dish which I won't recommend. We had gelato as dessert and the hazelnut one is my favourite.

    Andre made our dining experience absolutely fantastic! He was attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in on us regularly. On top of that, he had a great sense of humor and kept us laughing the whole time. His outstanding service is the reason we’ll be coming back—just for him! Highly recommend asking for Andre if you want top-notch service with a smile!

    All the dishes we ordered, the lobster pasta and pizzas were delicious. The deserts were good too with the affogato being the highlight. A tad expensive but quality ingredients. Our waiter was the most kindest person and so attentive.!
