In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

Seafood paella is really good , croquetas de jamon are amazing and cremoso de chocolate is delicious!! Our waiter (Alex) was very helpful and kind!! Well come back of course!!

I didn't care for my table location. It was a two-person table with one seat on a bench and the other a chair. I always give my husband the seat where he's not looking at the wall so I spent the entire time looking at a wood wall. The table next to us was very loud. I should have requested a different table but it was crowded. Next time I'll do that in my reservation request.

We were there celebrating three birthdays. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Our server Brendon was very attentive. Overall a great experience

Enjoyed the food immensely. Cocktails were good but nothing special. Good service. The only negative was how noisy it was.

Great service and food was delicious. Ian, bartender, made excellent drinks. We had reservations but hostess gave us flexibility to enjoy drinks at bar before seating us at our table. Didn’t feel rushed and was able to enjoy a nice evening friends!
