Bully Ranch, a restaurant located inside the Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, is a casual dining experience that focuses on Southwestern and American food presented in a western style ambiance. The traditional fare at Bully Ranch is hearty, flavorful, and has a little bit of something for everyone.

The main staple of Bully Ranch is its selection of burgers and sandwiches, such as the 7X Colorado Wagyu burgers, the BFC - Bully Fried Chicken. The menu also offers a variety of soups and salads, as well as full entrees of ribs, and fajitas.

Patio seating my be requested and is subject to weather and availability.

The salads and appetizers are good. However the mains are uninspiring. We had to return on dish twice as the bread which was part of it both times arrived burnt.

Service was excellent and at a busy time of year when there are back to back reservations, they didn't make us feel rushed and let us take our time. Started with an espresso martini, which was wonderful and then we ordered the signature truffle tater tots. Get rid for a VERY large order or truffle tater tots! The salad I had as my main was very good but I couldn't eat much of it as I was so focused on trying to finish those tater tots!

Third time at Bully Ranch. Food is consistently good ans I think best burger in Vail. Love the chicken sandwich as well. Russell is an outstanding server and you can tell he really likes working there. Will be back!!
