Buon Gustoはイタリア語で「良い味」を意味します。イタリアの「おいしさ」をお届けできるよう努力しています。ゲルフ・ダウンタウンのセント・ジョージ広場にある歴史的なVictoria Hotelの建物内に位置し、石造りの壁と現代的なインテリアデザインが温かみのあるカジュアルな雰囲気が漂わせます。トスカーナのレッジェッロ製の薪オーブンはBuon Gustoの「il cuore（心・中心）」です。イタリアから輸入したmolino caputo tipo 00の小麦粉とサンマルツァーノ・トマトを使い、窯の中で482度でわずか90秒間焼いた生地の薄い伝統的なナポリ風ピザを提供しています。家族や友人とシェアするのにぴったりの小皿前菜や家族に伝わるレシピで作ったパスタも用意しています。

    We had a great dinner at Buon Gusto, the shrimp pesto pasta and Bon Gusto pizza were really tasty! Great service. Nice date night place to go!

    The food was delicious. We had a bit of a wait time but the server was great and offered us some bread. I would recommend the restaurant.

    First time at Buon gusto overall experience was very good. Food was wonderful. Service was great. Our only complaint would be that we like fresh Parmesan and black pepper as an option for on top of our pasta.

    The owner came over and personally made recommendations and checked on us throughout our meal. We were celebrating our one year anniversary and were made to feel extremely special. The food was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced. Overall it is very clear that the owner and staff care a lot about what they do and and very passionate about providing great service. Looking forward to visiting again!!!
