Chef Bobby Zimmerman and his team welcome you to Butcher & Barrel by We Are True Blue, located in the South Front District of downtown Wilmington, NC.

Celebrated for its prime cuts and lively atmosphere, Butcher & Barrel features a menu of locally sourced ingredients and an extensive selection of bourbon and whiskey.     Absolutely loved this restaurant! Emily our waitress was fantastic ! Best bacon cheeseburger with side of potatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus My friend loved the 1 dollar oysters Great atmosphere ! Can’t wait to come back

    Service staff has always been friendly, professional, and timely. The food has always been great, although sometimes I feel that the prices are a little high. However, if I want a high-end cut of steak with quality service and atmosphere, I can depend on these guys to deliver.

    Signature cocktails were great and menu was full of interesting choices and combinations. The server did not mention the drink and dinner specials up front which caused some confusion when ordering. Alcoholic drinks were pricey.

    This was our Anniversary dinner. Had we had been to Original True Blue 2 years ago. This did not disappoint and was just as amazing as the first time. Chef Kevin and all the staff were 5 star just like the food.
