    The food was actually pretty good but the service was terrible. We arrived for our 7:00 reservation and ordered drinks, appetizers, and our entrees quickly. Drinks and appetizers were great but our entrees took over an hour to arrive after our appetizers. The server said multiple times it would be out very soon and would come back and say it again. We had the sliders, burger, and tacos and no one finished their meal. We were ready to go home and frustrated with the experience.

    The food was fantastic! I think C3 has the best cocktails in Bloomington. The food is very high value for a reasonable price.

    Food was delicious as always! Scallops were just wonderful as was the tomato soup! C3 is our favorite Bloomington restaurant!!

    One can never go wrong with dining at C3! The food is always delicious and the drinks are always perfectly prepared. We have never been disappointed with our service or our food and drinks. It is a winner!

    Server Katelyn is spectacular. Great knowledge of both drink and food options. Marvelous personality. Greatly increased the value of our visits. We ask for her every time now.
