Cactus, located in Quebec, serves fresh and hearty American bar food and a wide variety of beers in its friendly and lively restaurant. The Bouchon de Bieré beer-battered jalapeno pieces served with sour cream and the crispy Cajun chicken fingers with Bayou honey sauce make tasty and shareable starters. Some of Cactus's specialty entrée dishes include a selection of burgers, like the Maya topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions and brie cheese, the Chévre topped with goat cheese, caramelized onions and a stout and maple syrup sauce and the Cactus Classique with pepper jack cheese, salsa and bacon, all of which are juicy and made to order.Cactus's wrap New Orleans stuffed with Cajun-spiced chicken, Buffalo-spiced mayo and jack cheese and the Tex-Mex nachos topped with seasoned beef, guacamole, cheeses, salsa and green onions are perfect with a strong house beer, like the maltéhops 2 with sweet and smoky notes.
