Cafe Momentumは釈放された青年犯罪者向けの有料インターンシップとして機能する非営利レストランで、拘留から釈放された青年がCafé Momentumの保護された環境の中で釈放後のプログラムに参加しています。Café Momentumでは、実社会での責任を育成し、安全に社会へと復帰するための重要な技術を青年に教えています。当プログラムに参加することで、リスクを持つ若者たちはテーブルへの給仕や皿洗いから正規のシェフとの共同作業までの全てのレストラン業務を体験します。 有給インターンシップは青年に新しい技術の経験と実践の機会を与えます。またCafé Momentumでの仕事を続けている限り、青年はリーダーシップ、社会的なスキル、職業能力の発達を維持できます。さらにCafé Momentumでは、投獄のリスクが高いと思われる青年のためにダラス郡少年司法部門と提携しています。

                                              Our dinner tonight at Cafe Momentum was terrific!! It was wonderful being served a delicious dinner by students learning new skills to help prepare them for being educated adults with skills to take with them in to adulthood. The dinner was delicious! It was nothing short of a win win for everyone! MLD

                                              We always enjoy our dinners at Cafe Momentum. We love the mission, the food is fabulous, and everyone on the team — from the front of the house to the servers and chef — are awesome. Come often and tell your friends!!

                                              Love their purpose. The food was outstanding and its great to see the kids getting involved with all aspects of the operation. On this visit, chai pumpkin pot de crème, lamb chops, and ploughmans board really stood out. Fantastic experience.

                                              Great meal with the added benefit of helping a very worthy cause. The atmosphere was very good and the food did not disappoint. Appetizers, entrees, and deserts were all awesome!

                                              We always love supporting Café Momentum. Enjoyed new items from the fall menu. The cauliflower elotes is amazing, and the smoked friend chicken is always a hit. The beet and burrata salad was so flavorful. Bread basket is so plentiful and the assortment was perfect. It was an enjoyable meal and we will be back soon.
