   Very disappointed as on arrival there was no table! The manager said he had 4 bookings at 5.30 and 3 tables and we appeared to be unlucky - he offered us one outside but that was far too windy to sit at! This was for a special occasion as we were celebrating with our daughters going to a concert and the meal was all part of the celebration. Not really sure what we were booking - maybe just to go to the front of a queue!!!

   Very busy time before a gig at the O2 but they coped really well. Food was decent and you could book a table in advance unlike restaurants inside the arena. Ideal location for the arena itself too - just outside the main entrance.

   Had a meal before Bruno Mars concert, service was very quick and limited time between courses but very friendly/professional - to be expected on big concert nights as there was a queue waiting! Food was good - the new menu tagine was lovely but wouldn't have been enough for my husband....

   The serving staff were nice, but the kitchen was having terrible problems because of insufficient staff. They were expecting no customers because there was no event at the O2 but hadn't known there were the tall ships at Greenwich. We waited ages and ages for our food. I had mackerel rillettes, but was given only a tiny bit of bread with it. My modules were in a liquid that was so salty I could not finish it. This is the second time in two months I have been to a Cafe Rouge and neither experience has been great. I previously went to the one in Greenwich where plates are scrapped and stacked publicly at visible service stations, before being removed through the restaurant. It is like being in a canteen.

   This is probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a long time. First of all when I came in with my reservation I was told by the waiter that they didn't had my reservation since their preferable partner was Bookatable not OpenTable. In the end the sorted out a table for us but we were 6 people and got a table for 4 where we then ourselves could sort out 2 extra chairs at the end. The service was extremely slow and not very friendly and the woman behind the bar really took her time and was acting like she couldn't be asked. We told them from the beginning that we were going to a concert but depsite that we had to chase for the food 3 times. Even worse when we then finally got the food it was cold - so have clearly been sitting there a long time without anyone serving it. This was both my first and last time at this restaurant - I would rather eat a sandwich from Tesco than going back here.

   The restaurant was empty. The food ok definitely nothing special and expensive given the quality. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

   Nice spot on The Avenue at The o2, nice food at a reasonable price and pleasant, friendly service. Worth booking if you are going to an event as walk-ins were getting turned away while we were there.

    Although we were a bit late for our reservation the Manager had not let our table go to anybody else even though people were being turned away due to it being very busy. We were there for the Strictly show at the O2 and was very pleased to be able to eat here beforehand. The restaurant was full and buzzing so we expected to wait a while for our food. As it was, the starters came quite quickly but had to ask twice for our main courses. However, I think this was do to a lot of people dining here pre show so another time it would probably be quicker. This has not put me off from going here again and the food and staff were very good.
