"Transportive" experience-- climb aboard this remodeled diner car, and let the music, decor, and menu sweep you away to an Italian paradise. The food is scratch made and delicious. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are proud of the food they are serving, and rightly so!

Wow! What an awesome addition to the restaurant scene in Southern RI. Pistachio, avacado, artichoke salad, chicken francaise, salmon and tiramisu were all perfectly prepared and out of this world delicious. Yep, the place is a bit tight and the door situation (re: the cold) is not ideal -- both noted by other diners, but these factors will not keep us away. Can't wait to go back!!!

We loved everything that we ordered! We had the Caesar salad and minestrone soup to start. The salad was one of the best I've ever had with crisp romaine and buttery croutons. My husband really liked the soup as well especially for dipping bread in. The Italian bread was also great and came with a very flavorful pesto. For entrees, the pink vodka ravioli and chicken parm (super crispy cutlet) were delicious. We will definitely be back.

Had an excellent meal at Caffe Milano. Expectations were high and the Ravioli with lobster and the Gnocchi did not disappoint. I cannot even describe the salad we had, both unique and delicious. Surprisingly low noise level made conversing very easy. Service was excellent as well. Looking forward to returning.

Food was excellent, all 4 of us loved our entrees and they have a fantastic wine selection. The polpette appetizer was great too. The owner was very friendly and appreciative of us dining at his establishments. We are looking forward to returning.

I went to Caffe Milano with two friends and we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is so nice and they have done such a great job with it. Our food was outstanding - we got the Arancini appetizer and then decided to get three meals to split. The chicken francaise was the best I’ve ever had and we loved the pasta dishes. So fresh and flavorful. Dessert was amazing as well. Our waiter was excellent and we were all impressed. Word is going to get out fast about this incredible new restaurant!

Caffe Milano is housed in an unpretentious converted diner. The exterior is a true 1940s roadside silver mobile diner giving no hint of the superb Italian food served inside or the sophisticated interior decor---blue velvet drapes, leather-like chairs, faux marble bar running the whole length of the room, gold chandeliers from one end to the other, and Italian opera playing in the background. We were there at lunch-time and the place was full of customers. Service was very attentive. The steak and caramelized onion sandwiches we ordered came with a caesar salad as a substitute for the standard fries. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and creme caramel, both excellent. We'll be going back soon to try the dinner menu.
