Chef Mural Manjunath has received four consecutive Michelin stars for his modern take on Indian cuisine. He took an innovative approach by blending traditional Indian flavors with Southeast Asian cuisine to deliver a truly unique experience. The food was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious! Very nice take on traditional Indian food. The Lamb Vindaloo was outstanding, as was the eggplant lasagna. Service seemed a little scattered but I will give it to them being busy. Manager was very attentive to diners.

Cali Chilli has excellent food. The tastes are unique for every dish unlike traditional Indian dishes which tend to be very similar at other restaurants.

I had a great first time here for a first date. The food was excellent and it was the perfect ambiance for a cozy evening. I’ll definitely be back here.

I was so excited to try this place, loved the idea of fusion Indian. I’m a big fan of the Yellow Chili so thought this would be even better since Chef Mural is Michelin star level. Our server was lovely, very friendly and the service was quick. The restaurant was decorated for Valentines which felt very special and festive. We ordered the Nachos & pani puri to start and Jalapeño cheese kulcha, rice, and the short rib entree for our main. The pani puri: presentation was cute but that’s it- traditional pani puri is way more flavorful. The nachos: lots of cheese and chicken and toppings but again, missing flavor. The kulcha was brought out with the appetizers so we tried it alone and it was delicious! Best part of the meal. Actually was so good, it tasted better alone than with the curry. Then came the short rib with a bit of curry sauce. Very good. We actually shouldn’t have ordered rice because there wasn’t really enough sauce to eat it but that’s fine, since it wasn’t listed as a curry. The ribs were flavorful and falling off the bone. Very good dish. Finally, we shared a Falooda. The vermicelli noodles were hard which was odd to almost crunch on, and it was much less ice cream much more rose milk than I’ve had so not sure if that is their twist on Falooda or just poorly made. Bill was $92 so very reasonable, but overall I’d give this meal a 6/10 because 3/5 items were underwhelming. Not bad just not great. I’d rather pay a little more and eat at the Yellow Chili.

The food was very tasty and completely different from traditional Indian food! It was delicious! The service wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, but the servers were very nice!

A fantastic restaurant and the food was wonderful. I love the ambience, and the only negative was if there was one guy bloviating pontificating with his loud mouth. We thought about moving, but he was talking so loud. You could probably hear him down the street. Otherwise, very, very good dining experience

Overall good experience. Unfortunately main dish was a bit cold. Overall flavors of each part of dinner was amazing. Staff and waiters were great and very accommodating. Overall great experience for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Thank you.
