An adventure in gastronomy awaits you at "Caliope Steakhouse", Opened in 2015 and re-launched in a new location in 2021. International fusion that sources fresh and delicious local ingredients. Chef, Rolando Cruz to provide a unique, gastronomic adventure. (Caliope also features a New York-style artisanal cocktail menu, and an eclectic wine list.) Caliope accepts reservations and holds a limited number of tables for walk-ins.

Ate at Caliope for my girlfriend's birthday and the staff was awesome. They played the music she wanted to hear, sang happy birthday and of course gave her dessert. The steak was really good and cooked to perfection. Paola was outstanding.

I got the tomahawk steak, medium well. It came medium as it’s presented on a hot plate and cooks a little as you go. It allows you to cook the steam to the level that you want. Tasted very nice and well seasoned. Also ordered the catch of the day (grouper) and it was good. Overall food was good and service was even better. Paola was amazing. She coped with our lack of Spanish very well.

A variety of interesting dishes. All well seasoned and presented. We were surprised a hotel restaurant would be this good. Service was great and the decor is very contemporary. Cocktails were creative too. Great for couples.

Great service, food was excellent. The restaurant had a great wine selection along with knowledgeable staff. Definitely would recommend for special occasions or if you’re looking for a great place for a date night.
