An adventure in gastronomy awaits you at "Caliope Steakhouse", Opened in 2015 and re-launched in a new location in 2021. International fusion that sources fresh and delicious local ingredients. Chef, Rolando Cruz to provide a unique, gastronomic adventure. (Caliope also features a New York-style artisanal cocktail menu, and an eclectic wine list.) Food was good but overpriced for what you got. Our waitress Paola gave us a choice for sauces with our steak as if it came with it. We chose chimichurri sauce which was not good and then charged us for it. They really should be more upfront with add-ons vs what comes with it. Wine pour was about half of what it should have been. Better restaurants in the area

I went to Caliope for my birthday dinner. It was an awesome experience. food was good, Service was good. definitely a nice setting and ambiance. I would recommend it!

We had the Tomahawk steak which was amazing along with the show cooking. Only disappointment was the availability of the starters and sides. We want the Frenchman in the canal for starters and the baked potato for sides but they had neither. Overall a lovely restaurant good service and the food we had was delicious.

This was our second visit to this fabulous restaurant. We had the chef special, a five course meal with wine pairing. The waiters attentiveness was awesome. Shout out to waitress Paola! She was lovely!

My expectations were somewhat better. The hanger steak was okay, the ravioli was mediocre and the rigatoni with the beef was just an absurd dish. Bathed in a heavy brown gravy with baby green beans and Snowpeas which were unrecognizable in the soup and a cheap brand of pasta pretty much summoned it up. Also the lamb samosas had as good as no filling and to wrap it up in phyllo sheets so thick that it stays dough and nothing crispy. If you want to have samosas on the menu than please produce samosas. They are a delicacy properly prepared in samosa dough and fried crispy. I am sure if you make some adjustments on the food preparation this could be a nice place to eat, but give people the value for the money paid. I had the feeling that the chef probably does not have the experience for the expected quality. I'll check it out again in the future because I think it's in a very nice hotel that's well maintained and a good environment.

We had a wonderful evening. We enjoyed the chefs choice five course meal with 🍷 Wine pairing – only $85 apiece.

I researched several restaurants in Panamá City, Panama and I couldn't find anything that was appealing to eye as far as ambiance and menu options. I came across Caliope and instantly fell in love with the decor. I decided that this would be my destination to celebrate my Girlfriend's birthday. When I arrived they greeted me and immediately wished my girlfriend happy birthday. Caliope has delivered in all areas. My sever was Paola, she was absolutely incredible and even helped me with finding local parties.

Excellent food and service! We really enjoyed the hot stone filet market mignon. We also had the Brie, which was baked and carmelized to perfection and the ceviche, which had a nice kick to it. Highly recommend 😀
