Captain Jack's Waterfront Grill is on the Anclote River across from Tarpon Springs' famous Sponge Docks. We are a casual restaurant serving to-die-for fish and chips, tacos, and Grouper Sandwich. The Captain's Platter includes flounder, peel-and-eat shrimp, scallops, crab cake, rice, and veggies, which pairs well with one of your many margaritas. Please come and join us for lunch or dinner. We offer incredible sunsets and live music every night. We can handle most large parties in your second-floor dining room. We offer a full bar to meet all your needs.

We went there for our belated anniversary dinner and it didn’t disappoint!! We sat of the deck and the sun slowly set as we ate. It was wonderful! Our waitress was great and the food was delicious!! It was an all around great experience!

Atmosphere was nice with a good view but food was marginal and overpriced. I can’t really recommend as there are much better restaurants in the area.

We ordered an appetizer and two entrees, and an add on to one of the entrees. Our entrees came out and we never did get our shrimp appetizer or the fried shrimp that we added on to one entree. The food that we did get was fine. But since we only received half of what we ordered, I can’t give a high star review. We would try again because all places can have an off night, but it wasn’t a great first visit.
