   The food was very good, the waiter was very good and the ambience was perfect. I definitely think the price is for the experience because the food portion size was very disappointing for how much it cost.

   I’ve had much better Italian food in my life, but I understand their marketing ploy. Word-of-mouth, making it seem like it’s exclusive, blah blah blah.

   I have wanted to dine here for a long time. Never has fit into plans. I was not impressed my spicy vodka pasta was so salty. The waiter was super rushed. We explained we were vegetarians so needing an explanation of every meal was needed. However he preferred we just ask him about ones we were interested in and it became tedious so we just ordered. Drinks went empty. Just not the experience we thought we should or would good.

   Food was excellent! Rigatoni was the star of the show as always! Service was on point. Table for 8 was small and uncomfortable, they just fit 8 around a round made for 6. Not as busy as NY or MIA.

   Amazing knowledgeable staff. Food was delicious! Everything is served “family style” so it feeds 2-3 people usually. Order a couple things and everyone enjoys. We will definitely be back!

    By far the best experience we have had at this Carbones. From the food to the service everything was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
