    Our server (Angela) was excellent. The prime rib was okay, but not great. The smashburger was good, but not great. The fish & chips was excellent. The carrot cake was good, but not as good as in past years.

    Hostesses were not very polite at all. Our server was good though. Food was okay.

    NYE, ordered the surf and turf for fun. Lobster was almost inedible it was so incredibly overcooked and tough. Our server was trying hard and apologized for forgetting something which is fine we’re all human. It was a bummer no one asked how our meal was when we were actually eating (manager came around after salads) because I would have shared the lobster issue, I only ate a few bites and you could see how stringy it was which happens when overcooked.

    Service was very good. Server was very familiar with the menu. Food was tasty and served hot. Key lime pie did not have a lime taste.

    Restaurant was lively, as well as the bar, at 7pm on a Friday night. Very friendly host station and table was ready close to our reservation time. Decent wine selection and very tasty appetizers (got the Brussels sprouts and artichoke dip - both good portions). Super attentive wait staff and dinner was served at a fair pace. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals, but too full for dessert — maybe next time.

    We were on upper level and were very pleased. Our server was very helpful and pleasant. The strip steak and the prime rib were both very good.
