CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

En una cena anterior, hace 2 meses, resultó todo bien. En esta ocasión la carne no estuvo del gusto de mis invitados.

Este es la tercera vez que voy, todo estuvo delicioso desde la comida, postre y la atención, pero lo más desagradable fue la bulla de una mesa que donde habían varios comensales, entre ellos venezolanos, no conversaban, gritaban, nosotros que éramos 4 personas, comenzamos a levantar la voz cada vez mas fuerte , porque la verdad no escuchaba nada… Se perdió toda la magia del restaurante, y la verdad es como ir aún restaurante Michelin, el espacio hermoso elegante, la decoración bella, las sillas, que la verdad no te dan ganas de pararte, la atención de los mozos, el mantel blanco sin arrugas, etc, etc , pero la mesa de la bulla ensució todo, esta gente debería haber ido almorzar a la feria , donde allá si que hay bulla gritos, etc y no molestan a nadie. Yo creo que no se ubicaron donde estaban almorzando, y lo confirmo porque apenas terminamos nos fuimos, y al salir una pareja hizo un comentario peor de lo que ahora estoy escribiendo. Lamentablemente este fue mi experiencia, si esta gente no hubiese ido, hubiese puesto 1.000, infinitas estrellas.

Ambiente muy agradable, poquisimo ruido, Cocina excelente, Servicio muy atento y rápido. Cuentan con Valet Parking, lo que es un agrado con lo complejo que es estacionar en A. de Cordova.

Siempre es un placer degustar la carne que ofrecen, así como los vinos; El servicio es rápido, el personal es muy atento, desde el momento de la recepción hasta que pagas la cuenta, es una auténtica experiencia que vale la pena vivir.

I really love Carnal - been there about 6-8 times the last 18 months. The service, ambience and food is always great. It is quite expensive, but the quality of meat is excellent. I see some reviews complaining about the meat, which I simply don’t agree with. I was at Don Julio in Buenos Aires a couple weeks ago, which is world famous, but I think Carnal is better. It is a meat lovers paradise in my opinion, but they have other stuff on the menu as well (which I have never tried ;-)

Por el valor mis expectativas eran superiores, si bien la comida no estaba mala, siento que no se diferencian de otros restaurantes de su tipo y que cuestan mucho menos.
