Inspired by the flight path of our namesake bird, our menus feature regional favorites from the Rio Grande Valley, Texas coast, and the Hill Country. The food was excellent, cocktails were perfect! But I have to assume the wait staff was having an off day. Not friendly, rather slow to deliver our meal, failed to replace utensils for dessert. Not horrible, just not as good as in previous visits.

It was our first time visiting. The ambiance and decor is amazing. Our waitress, Isabella was on point. She was enthusiastic and knew the menu well. We started with chips and queso and guacamole. The guacamole was especially fresh and tasty. Our meals were plated beautifully and full of flavor. However, all three of us commented that the salt level was just a tad high on our three distinct dishes. We each grabbed a desert and we're highly impressed by the homemade flavors.

The beef fajitas were wonderful as always. Waitress (Megan) what’s great, polite and spot-on attentiveness. Just a wonderful place to go.

I visit Carriqui often, and never disappointed. This time, I had the smoked brisket WHICH WAS THE BEST brisket I EVER HAD!! The Bloody Mary was great and as always, staff was fabulous!

Food is just bland, nothing special or unique. You can find much better options in hundreds of locations in SA. Location and ambience is absolutely great..beautiful decor and just love the vibe, but thats about it.

Service was excellent. Food was ok. $58 for a too fatty t-bone and wasn’t at the temp I requested 👎🏼. Nachos simple but the way I like them 👍🏼 and the best thing we had. Not saying it was terrible but just not for me.

Fantastic experience and delicious food. Our server suggested the best meal. It wasn’t what we had planned to order, but it exceeded our expectations. If we lived in San Antonio it would be on our weekly rotation.
