    Our choice of food selection was superb. My wife had the Salmon Oscar and i enjoyed their bourbon jalapeño ribs. Our cocktails were delicious and well balanced. Our service was 10 stars. Ms Legend helped with our food choices since it was our first time viewing Carson’s. We celebrated our anniversary. We will most definitely return with friends. Thank you Carson’s for a wonderful evening. Barb & Chip.

    A very very wonderful first impression. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Our food came fast hot and oh so good! It was our first experience but most certainly won’t be our last.

    Carson's never disappoints! Our party of 4 was seated promptly and on time. Legend was our server and she was outstanding. We never wanted for anything. We are all big Old Fashioned fans and I have never been to an establishment that consistently nails this cocktail better than Carson's at either location. Our meal was fantastic.
