it took over an hour to prep a ribeye steak meal to take away, i also asked for the chips to be swapped with mash and that request wasn’t listened to. the steak was meant to be medium rare however it was well done and hard. the waiters also took too long to clear our meal plates and when dessert was served the table was way too cluttered because of the excess plates aside from that the restaurant accommodated nicely to my younger siblings the food was lovely

Hello, this is my second visit to the Cartel restaurant. The first time we had a wonderful experience in all aspects, but now, in my second time we didn't have such a good experience with drinks, they were super sweet and different from the taste of our first time. Other than that, the reception, the food, the waiters' service were spectacular.

Lovely food, drinks and vibe but did feel a little rushed with the service and they seemed to not communicate as we had multiple waiters come up to us during our meal but they were super friendly.

We never received a drink we ordered had to chase and then had the wrong one. The starter also never came and was only olives! The food was not as hot as should be. Service very slow and poor. Didn’t really have an apology for no starters etc. music too loud and then must have been 4 birthdays where music turned up so loud had to stop talking to each other. Won’t be rushing back

The service was great, very attentive, the food once again was fantastic….a refreshing change to find decent food and the puddings were all home make, what a delight! Im back on Saturday with 4 of us so hopefully itlll be as good.

Delicious food. Best meat I’ve had in a long time. Came quick to. Lovely staff very polite and easy to talk to. Such a nice happy vibe and the restaurant itself is gorgeous to look at. 10/10 will be going again.

First visit , Wife’s meal had to go back as it was cold in the middle when they took it back the next one came, by this time I was three quarters through my most uninspiring Burger . When you go for a meal you expect to eat together . No discount offered , only one free sweet or drink Of which neither of us eat , they then offered one free drink , which we did not require as wife had some left in a bottle and I am non drinker My wife came home hungry The meal was not cheap, the ambience of the restaurant was ok , but the food did not live up to the standards expected not a fine dining restaurant.
