Specializing in exceptional steaks, our menu goes beyond with everything from succulent chicken dishes to enticing vegan offerings. We’re committed to sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible and cultivate some of our produce in an onsite garden.

    Join us for an intimate and interactive wine dinner hosted by Poplar Groves Tony Holler and Naturally Pacific Resorts Executive Chef Ryan Watson. The evening will feature FIVE courses paired with SIX wine tastings. Seating open at 5:30pm. Dinner starts at 6:30pm sharp. Please inquire regarding limited modifications available for allergies. $120.00 plus tx per person. $50.00 credit card authorization will be taken and only charged for cancellations within 48hours and no shows. Thank you for your understanding. Plan ahead and receive a promo code for 20% off to stay the night! Special room rate is only available with confirmed wine dinner reservation.

    Overall decent experience, seemed too busy for amount of staff on. Waited 35 minutes for My drink, which was only a draft beer. Dinner didn’t come until after the hour mark. Steak meals are pay for the steak and they add everything else ala cart. Overall value really not there when paired with other similar restaurants. The place is nice, but maybe still working out bugs since opening.

    So refreshing to have a restaurant with a 3 course menu that thoughtfully offers equally delicious features for meat and non-meat eaters.

    It’s nice to have a fancier place available in Campbell River. Comfortable atmosphere. The pork was amazing and by far the best thing we had with a very generous portion. Everything else was decent but not quite on point for the price. The brownie was good, unfortunately the pavlova was really hard and I couldn’t eat it. We will probably go back some time but not rushing to.

    I think it was an extremely busy night with valentines night. Kitchen and bar was extremely backed up took 40 mins by the time we were seated until we got our drinks. Total time for 3 course meal was 2.5hrs. I don’t think Carve staffed correctly for this busy of a night!! However food was great, but other restaurants of this caliber offer a seamless evening where their staff doesn’t seem scrambled and stressed out!! Will try again for breakfast or brunch but will not repeat for dinner.

    Everything was wonderful, more acid for tuna tartar. Wife’s veggies slightly undercooked. Ribeye was awesome, squash bisque was to die for! Tart dessert was very good as well. Enjoyed the vast list of whiskeys. A beautiful restaurant and resort, definitely elevating Campbell River as a city.

    This is another time I was served by Aundy, and another experience that did not disappoint. She started off by remembering me and my drink order, and was familiar and friendly. Very informative about the menu and provided great recommendations. She was pleasant for conversation and regularly came by to check on us and ensure our placements were always perfect. I plan to come back many more times in the future and look forward to seeing Aundy again. Many thanks!
