Welcome to Carve Kitchen + Meatery, a premium casual dining experience in a bright and inviting space. Specializing in exceptional steaks, our menu goes beyond with everything from succulent chicken dishes to enticing vegan offerings. We’re committed to sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible and cultivate some of our produce in an onsite garden.

    The restaurant is beautiful, the service was slow, and by the time the food came a lot of it was just room temp. Our sever was very nice, but not great at time management. I would go back but hope for warmer food and more prompt service. The price point is high at this restaurant so I was hoping for a better overall experience.

    Great food and service! Only suggestion would be that with not being really busy they could have spread out where people were sitting, lots of empty tables being a Tuesday night, but everyone was sitting in a cluster, you could hear each others conversations, other than that a fabulous restaurant

    We had company visiting, and picked Carve to dine at as a treat. We went for dinner. Food was well prepared and delicious. The service was attentive and welcoming. The portions were generous, so do not have a large lunch prior to coming. We highly recommend eating here.

    Parts of diner were good. My wife loved the chicken. The Cesar salads were good although very small. The deserts were good (cream Brule and Chocolat browniy and cherry) but nothing to rave about. The 20oz ribeye was very average. Slightly under done but mostly it was plain. No fancy salt, no butter, no Charing or any unique flavoring just a piece of meat I could have done at home for 1/4 the price. The tallow mashed potatoes were bland and so was the Mac and cheese. This is in the context of price. Nothing was bad but when you pay premium prices it should be premium taste and it everything wasn't.

    Fantastic breakfast the first morning. Eggs were very fresh, bacon was done to perfection. Fingerling potatoes were good. Local sour dough bread, and jam were delicious. Dinner was over the top. Chateaubreand for two was perfect. Mushrooms and Brussels sprouts were great. We were planning dessert, bet way to full. Our waitress, Beth, was fantastic too. Even after dinner we sat outside by the fire with our dog. She brought us blankets, and an Irish coffee. All in all, one of the best restaurant meals I’ve ever had.
