M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

1) Crudo, ponzu, yuzu pear foam
2) Chawanmushi, dashi, smoked trout roe, chives
• 11 – 13 pieces depending on daily fish delivery and shari (sushi rice) using two types of vinegar depending on the neta (sushi ingredients), traditional rice wine vinegar and akasu (sake lees vinegar)

The Chef has created an amazing 7 course Omakase for Valentine's weekend dinner that is highlighted by the finest and freshest ingredients that are available.
Course 1 - Mozuko "Noodle", Course 2 - Sashimi, Course 3 - Lobster dumpling & truffle, Course 4 - Nigiri, Course 5 - Panko Scallop, cauliflower, potato puree, shishito peppers, Course 6 - Grilled A5 Wagu, Course 7 - Purple Rice ice-cream.
