   Fantastic experience and opportunity to enjoy a variety of different meats, all beautifully abd freshly cooked. Staff are friendly, attentive and keen to make sure your meal is excellent. Not a place for a quiet meal, but definitely recommend for carnivores - make sure you are hungry!

   The first time visiting and WOW this place is AMAZING. The staff, service, atmosphere and food all 100%. I would definitely recommend Casa. We will be back.

   Very friendly welcome , we were seated right near the door and unfortunately we were a little bit overlooked . It wasn't too busy when we arrived, but soon filled up which is always a good sign . Drinks order was mixed up . The salad bar was ok , but we have had nicer at other Brazilian restaurants. The meat was very slow coming around , not sure if that was because there were some big tables in , who seemed to get ample , but there was a lot on the menu that we didn't get offered. On a couple of occasions the server came to the table next to us and then completely ignored us . We were there for Less than an hour, most of which we spent waiting . We were Disappointed as we heard really good things about Casa and were looking forwards to the experience, as this is our favourite kind of restaurant. But unfortunately it didn't live up to our expectations , and didn't feel like value for money due to the things mentioned previously. At other restaurants we have always had very attentive hosts who come around checking everything is ok and if there is anything we haven't had or would like . Didn't notice if anyone was doing that , certainly not at our table. I'm sure the people who got the full Casa experience had a great time , but unfortunately not our experience

    We chose to eat at Casa whilst visiting York for our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and the service was brilliant - they offered us a complimentary prosecco to celebrate which was such a lovely touch! We did use the York Restaurant Week coupon so it was £25pp, but it would still have been great value for money if we had paid full price. The food was delicious - the fillet steak was spot on and the pineapple was a tasty surprise! We will definitely be back next time we come to visit York!
