Casa Chloe is an authentic Mexican restaurant that prides itself on using fresh ingredients and having a chef with Mexican heritage. Our head chef attended culinary school in Mexico with years of experience creating her own and traditional dishes that are filled with passion and flavor. We also offer a full bar, and our specialty lies in tequila and mezcal. Here at Casa Chloe our close attention to detail will be seen in not only our food but also our eye for design.

    Wow! I’ve eaten a lot of enchiladas in my life but the red beef enchiladas here were some of the best that I have ever tasted. I now have a new favorite restaurant in the Hill Country and can’t wait to go back.

    Overall the food was excellent. We asked for slight modifications to entrees, willing to pay for it, told No, No, No on three simple requests. “We don’t make changes of any kind. “ 1) shrimp could not be added to relleno dish. 2) cup verses bowl of soup - no 3) no Modello Light beer Staff needs to be more welcoming and smiling. Cocktails good. Decor is lovely. Wine selection toon is small, but excellent.

    Our waiter Damion was wonderful, professional and fun. The food was amazing as were the drinks. Highly recommend.

    This place is a standout in Fredricksberg - the best meal that I’ve had in my many years of coming here and the restaurant is super cute. The tortilla soup is one of the best that I’ve ever had and the shrimp street tacos were also very good. This place is a must Fredericksburg where most of the restaurants are mediocre at best.
