La Galería The rooftop tequileria is the premier location for your party. La Galería features a private bar, lounge seating and cocktail tables. Sliding glass doors fully open to bring the outdoors in. Use of La Galería for a private event has minimum food and beverage purchase requirements.Our group dining area can accommodate up to 44 guests for a plated lunch or dinner, or up to 32 for a buffet. We have a limited prix fixe Group Dinner menu for these large events that can be easily customized.

Disappointing Valentine’s Evening First of all, I want to say that the food itself, and our server, were great. My boyfriend wanted Mexican food, and we have gone to the Casa Del Barco on the Canal Walk several times. This was our first time coming to the Short Pump location. Had I known what was in store, I would have made other arrangements. First and foremost, the dining room layout for the night was ridiculous. We were so close to the people at our sides that even the table next to us complained to the server. We were mostly silent during our meals as there was no way we could have a remotely private conversation. I work in hospitality management, and this dining room arrangement demonstrates clearly poor judgement among your management team; prioritizing quantity over a quality experience. In addition, when the food runner brought out my meal, he spilled grease on me. Luckily, I was still wearing my rain jacket and it didn’t get on my clothes. He was very apologetic, and it really wasn’t a big deal, but it certainly didn’t make an already bad experience any better. By the time the bill was presented, I was so ready to get out of your establishment that I didn’t even look at the bill. Upon checking my statement today, the bill came to $90+ (presumably including the 22% gratuity I selected for our server). I was prepared to spend double that on dinner for Valentines, but given the experience it just felt like a ripoff.

Made a reservation for 5 and they tried to cram us into a table of 4 when they’re was plenty of other table. I ordered a salad and they brought the wrong one. Our second round of drinks were terrible. Tasted like straight sour mix on ice. Very disappointing.
