Welcome to Casa Italian, where we bring the heart of Italy to your table. Located in Whitehaven, our restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for any occasion. Owned by Luke, Robert & Dean, we strive to provide a great experience alongside our Head Chef, Stuart and Executive Chef, Ryan.     First time back since it reopened. A bit disappointed that the online menu wasn’t the same as the restaurant menu so we weren’t able to order what we had pre-decided. Nevertheless the pasta we ordered was excellent and plentiful. There was a large noisy group in the restaurant which diminished the ambience somewhat but that wouldn’t put us off coming again

    Hi Keith. Glad to see you enjoyed the food and service. I think you may be a little confused, Casa Italian is a new business with new owners. The previous business is non existent. This may be why you have been confused with the menus... I have checked this morning on a couple of different devices and the menu on our website is the same as ours in the restaurant. Yes I do remember the noisy group. We're glad to see you have this outlook. We do discourage loud groups; however, we are limited with what we can do about it. So thank you for your understanding.     we were booked for 5pm we arrived at 450pm however the doors were shut and didn't open until 5pm. the food was lovely but the waitresses could have been more friendly and we were placed on a table set for 4 there were only 2 of us. overall good but needs improved in certain areas

    Hi Alexandra We're pleased to see you've rated the Food and Ambience 5 stars, it's a shame the other points brought it down to 3. We do open at 5pm, as stated online and the booking system, which means we don't open the doors until this time. We do set the tables out for the set capacity of the table. Incase there's last minute changes to the seating plan due to cancellations, bookings, no shows or seat change requests. This is somthing that we do need to do to ensure that our staff can focus on other points of service. Good luck with your future dining experiences :) Robert.

    Good for a quiet lunch. Good service,lovely meal and resonable pricewise. We enjoyed it. Will be back soon.
