Food was delicious, however a little undercooked in my opinion. Service was not the greatest by any means, but I don’t believe it was necessarily the services fault. She has several tables and it was very busy. Still tipped her very well. We will try it again. It is pricey, but that goes along with fine dining, so didn’t mind the cost so much. Overall I would definitely recommend! Really enjoyed the added options of sauces and sides.

Excellent wine and food selections. The staff was very well trained in both food preparation as well as wine pairings. Ambience was top notch as well as the location. Highly recommended. We enjoyed our night.

Wonderful restaurant! Feels like dining in Chicago or New York. Great service from the entire staff. Dua did a wonderful job as our primary server. Would highly recommend Cascade!

First time dining with Cascade and wanted to show family from out of town a lovely experience from food, to service, to the view of downtown. Literally we could not have had a better time. Every last person we interacted with was kind, receptive, and genuinely cared about our entire visit. Thank you, Cascade! We will be back.

As always we enjoyed our meal at Cascade. There is never anything we really don't like and we always leave full. It's always a good meal. Ariel did a great job taking care of us and making suggestions (my husband loved the warm wine she suggested, can't remember the name). We were celebrating my daughters 25th birthday and they did a great job acknowledging her birthday and a candle on her dessert. Ariel brought our attention to a new cake, Italian Creme, it was amazing and huge! It's my new favorite dessert there. I will say you MUST share it, it's huge! We have NY strip, Lobster Frites, and Spicy Rigatoni. All were good. My husband had his favorite lobster bisque which he always loved and we split the creamed kale which we always order first as a spread for the house bread which is fantastic. Another great meal, we'll be back.

Overall - the restaurant is very good!! Has a great location, great ambiance and service by the staff was what you would expect from a higher end restaurant. My wife ordered the petite filet medium and she loved it - the one bite I had as well was very good! Unfortunately I did not have the same feeling with my order ... I ordered the NY Strip w/ Blue Cheese Crust. First the word crust is a little deceiving, it was not cooked on the steak like a crust, it was more just a topping so I was a little disappointed not having that "crust" I was expecting. The steak itself was also a little underwhelming - it looked fantastic, but was extremely tough to chew and the fat had little to no flavor and was more like gristle. The Caesar Salad was also very strange with the pickled onions and the by the glass Syrah tasted very cheap. I just didn't have a very good night with what I picked, but the french fries and truffle mac and cheese were also fantastic along with my wife's filet! I will certainly give the restaurant another try and order a filet for myself the next time and I am sure it will be 5 stars!
