   Cascata has a lot of potential. The restaurant is very well done..the china and crystal are excellent. The servers and restaurant manager are capable and want to please. The menu is excellent but the chef needs to step up and fulfill the promise of the front on the house. Time will tell.

   Enjoyed authentic Italian. Wait staff was good, though no warning on nuts on the dessert I ordered based on the menu description. It would have been helpful as I’m allergic.

   Overall we would rate it as disappointing for our first experience. The server was great and ambiance good. We had the calamari for an appetizer and was great. For entrees we had the pappardelle, lobster tortelloni, NY strip and filet. The 2 pasta entrees were cool temp and both steaks were overseasoned. Although they were cooked perfectly. The fingerly potatoes were the only thing that came out piping hot and they were very tasty. We had the tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert and they both were very good. We do want to give it another shot for the entrees.

   The food was so delicious, you could tell that the culinary team has a passion and appreciation for their craft. Our server, Malakai, was knowledgeable, service-oriented and simply a delight to have take us on our first Cascata culinary journey. We will be back!

   Great from beginning to end. Our waiter was awesome in giving us the background of the hotel and restaurant combination.

   Great views of the park in a open and bright room. The service was great, waiter mad good suggestions. I had the Lobster Tortellini and it was fantastic! Real chucks of lobster. Is a bit noisy because of the lack of soft surfaces to absorb sound. A bit cold feeling, but a great addition to Downtown. We will be back!

   Traditional multiple course Italian meal options. Our waiter, Mike, is the man! The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend enough.

   I think they need to tweak their dishes a little to really put them over the top. The crab cakes were some of the best I’ve ever had though. The garden gimlet was also one of the most refreshing and delicious nonalcoholic drink I’ve ever had.

    Our first time at Cascata. We enjoyed the extensive menu and the beverage menu. Our server was very helpful and friendly. We all (4) enjoyed our experience there!
