CASE Chocolates is the world's first chocolate and cocktail speakeasy. Our tasting experiences take you through fine and unique cacaos combined with high-end spirits and cocktails. Our space is meant to spark delight and joy, and we can't wait to welcome you in soon!

Our promise is a one-of-a-kind journey through chocolates in an unforgettable atmosphere.

Please arrive on time for the best experience. Plan ahead as parking is limited to a small lot and street parking. You must enter through Sampson St., Suite E. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $68 per person.

Each tasting comes with 3 cocktail and chocolate pairings. Tastings start at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays and 6:30 pm, 8:30 pm, and 10:30 pm Fridays and Saturdays and are approximately 90 minutes per tasting.

    Discover the art of Mezcal in an exclusive tasting experience that pairs rare, handcrafted Mezcals with our signature liquid-center chocolates. Journey through smoky, complex flavors, expertly curated to highlight the rich traditions of agave spirits. The tasting will last approximately two hours and will include: a welcome drink, four pours, eleven chocolates, and a snack board.

    This was my second visit to the speakeasy and won’t be my last! I recommend it to everyone looking for a unique evening activity. The cocktails are so specially delicious and the chocolates pair perfectly. The staff are all attentive and the space is gorgeous! The menu rotates so don’t hesitate to book!

    Amazing experience that we will do again! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Michael, the owner, is a fantastic host and story teller. The 90 minutes exceeded tasting has three courses of Chocolates with paired drinks and every single one is outstanding. It wasn’t too loud, the place is very cozy, and they change their offering every 3-4 months to keep things fresh. I just hit the highlights but I highly recommend and we will be going back.

    The chocolates are filled with pure liquor, verses a truffle or ganache infused filling. I wasn’t expecting this. The chocolates were excellent but the liquor was too much on top of the cocktails we were served per course. I would enjoy a chocolate infused filling over the liquor.

    We are sorry this wasn't clear when booking. Our liquid centers are our specialty, and what most of our guests come for. We ask all guests about their experience through the evening, and will happily switch liquid centers for normal ganache or bonbons if a customer doesn't absolutely love their selections. We will work to make that clearer ahead, and appreciate the feedback!
