Cassis Bistro is a cozy gem offering award-wining elevated French cuisine and inventive cocktails. Founded by Gilles Brassart and his wife Andrea, our bistro brings the authentic flavours of Provence to Calgary. The menu, curated by Executive Chef/Partner Dominique Moussu, features dishes like house-made ravioli, steak frites, wild salmon, and duck confit, all crafted with the freshest local ingredients.

The menu at Cassis Bistro changes often, as the chefs use only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Seasonal options are available for a limited time, so be sure to visit often for a variety of flavours and tastes that you can't find anywhere else.

Every delicious dish was prepared and served in simplicity and elegance. It's all about the food here. The market fish (pickerel) was fantastic. The mussels were magnificent.

Absolutely delicious meal. We started with the olive tapenade and loved our steak au poivre and Moyles mariniere. But the piece de resistance was the floating island dessert. Overall excellent.

My best dining experiences always start off best when our server attends to our table quickly to greet us and get the dining experience going…and Cassis delivers on excellent service from start to finish. The food is beautifully prepared and presented, the wine selection excellent, and this restaurant remains one of my favourites. A premium dining experience like this does come at a premium price…but worth it, as I am never disappointed!

Starter bread was fresh and top notch. Limited variety of entree choices. Most were beef. Fries with our two entrees were lackluster. Green salad was fresh with nice dressing. Sorbet was unique and tasty, Overpriced for sure. $80 for an entree and $9 for an alcohol free beverage. Service was amazing.
