Was very grateful they sat us on the patio for a last minute reservation, but service was extremely slow. Received our first appetizers almost 45 mins after ordering and were told they weren’t “up to the chef’s standards” - they were oysters and calamari lol. About another 45 mins later we got our main meals - a pasta and a salad. Had multiple tables around us get to the restaurant after, eat their full meals and leave before we even received our food. First time having an experience like this here, but was a little disappointing with my mom being out of town.

The evening for our party of 9 started out great and slowly went downhill. We were seated for our 6 pm reservation promptly. The server greeted us promptly but our food took almost 2 hours. The steaks were cooked perfectly but the crab cake and Mac and cheese were cold. We were told half the staff was cut early which led to the long wait times and neglected service. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and the guest of honor was underwhelmed. We will not be back anytime soon.

we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated with a reservation. then we were sat next to a trash can and it smelled so bad while eating. food and drink took a while to get to us. had to get a drink comped off bill due to it being super strong with alcohol. we asked the server if it was strong and he said no. family ended up with stomach issues after leaving. they also did something to our car at valet as it took 20 minutes to figure out how to start our new car. I had to look up online how to fix the issue. not a good experience. food was also mid and why is brunch service so long? we wanted a different menu for our 3pm meal and we had to eat breakfast food.

Brunch today was absolutely wonderful. We were so well taken care of, the food was fantastic, the view was stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are so grateful for the entire Castaway team. Thank you, thank you!

First of all our server was awesome her name is Gianna.... The food was decent not great.... The flavors were mostly under spiced and undersalted by a mile... I ordered the Angus rib eye and I do not believe that is the cut I got. I asked for medium and the steak was well done? I did not want to complain or make it a bad atmosphere because it was my twin boy's 18th birthday and I did not want to be a downer.... The hot seafood platter was warm at best and only lasted 5 minutes until it was cold. Caesar salad needs a better & tastier dressing.... Cheesecake factory does better with the Caesar salad And that's not good when you're charging those prices.... There were 4 teen boys 2 lil sisters, my wife & I. We drank bottled water, had 2 cocktails total, 2 apps, the boys each ordered a steak, lil girls ate the cold seafood platter..... The bill was over $860 and it did not include tip??.... I highly recommend Ruth Chris or Flemings instead and still get a better price point than this.... But if you want a romantic view and some lively music and you don't mind the gross over spending and underwhelming food, then this is the place for you.

Everything was great, the only thing that needs work is the service. The waiter only came back to check up on us once after our order being taken. At that point it was only for a water refill and we were about done with our meal. I had a question about my meal and i was never able to ask it due to the fact that no one came back to follow up sooner.

Food was delicious our server was super nice and attentive and they brought us a little free birthday cake since we were celebrating a birthday love it super cute the view is also incredible
