Positioned beside the mountains, Catch Steak Aspen combines the authority of a classic steakhouse with the energetic vibe of a Catch Hospitality Group property. The intimate outpost of this New York and Los Angeles staple is spread throughout two levels, including an outdoor terrace with sweeping views of Aspen Mountain.     Amazing all around! Very dense food but it tastes great! We dined in the bottom floor or the Red Room. The upper level is more desirable IMO but the room has a secluded ambiance. The bone in filet is a must! Catch roll and spicy tuna roll were great sushi options

    Service was awful. I couldn’t put my fork down .. someone was there to take the food away every five min. The steak was well cooked but over salted. We felt like we were being more than rushed. It was obnoxious. And it’s not like we were lingering.

    Took forever to get our food. One of the steaks was inedible from being OVERsalted.

    We dined in the red room and the food was amazing, the sides are shareable and the catch martini is delicious. Our serving was very nice as well and was very attentive. Overall great experience!!

    Our new Aspen fave! Everything we had was amazing! So good that we ate here twice this trip! Service was perfect! Can’t wait to come back and try the beautiful patio seating in the summer :)

    Food was very sub par, server was very inattentive, I ordered steak and he didn’t even ask how I would like it cooked. I ordered a Mojito and he repeated it back to me saying a Margarita, I corrected him and he still brought me out a margarita.

    La comida y servicio excelentes, el único detalle es q al pedirle ayuda a las hostess para q hablaran a mi hotel y pasaran a recogernos, se negaron argumentando q no tienen línea, por lo demás todo excelente
