Renowned chef, author and restaurateur Scott Conant introduces an Italian-inspired steakhouse, Cellaio, nestled in the picturesque Catskill Mountains. A play on the Italian term for a butcher’s pantry, Cellaio offers Conant’s take on the traditional steakhouse, complementing aged steaks with the antipasti, market salads and house made pastas that have become synonymous with his cooking. A relaxed bar and lounge greets guests upon arrival and leads to a spacious dining room featuring roomy crescent-shaped booths, communal seating and an interactive decanting station. The food was outstanding. I am not a Brussel sprout person and they were delicious as well as the diver scallops. I enjoy going here.

We love Cellaio and go when we can. It’s our go to celebratory destination. The food is always delicious, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is divine. We enjoy so many of the menu items…this time it was a salmon dinner and a superb steak. Our waiter was Tim. We’ve met him before, so it was lovely to see him again. He is attentive, polite, efficient, and funny!! Great experience this time, and everytime.

This was our 2nd time at Cellao's and we weren't disappointed. Both my wife's Trenette al Vongole and my Tagliattele Bolognese were excellent. Couple that with a round of merlot and Valentine's Day was perfect.

Amazing dinner for Valentine’s Day. Everything was so good… even the butter was delicious. Rosemary was super helpful and honest with her recommendations. Great service, great food and a great waitress.

We ate at Cellaios two nights in a row. Our server was the same girl I wish I knew her name she was excellent. The food was very tasty!

What a fantastic experience! The food was outrageously delicious. I’m ur waitress was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and you could tell that she loved her job. It warmed my heart to know that’s she’s been there from the beginning and absolutely loves her job. That speaks volumes in todays world. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our sides were fantastic. I can’t wait wait to go againn

Place was 30% full and took an hour to get the food. Waitress was great, steak sitting to long and carrots ice cold.
