ウッズビー家が所有するCharley's Steak Houseは、1974年からフロリダ州で営業しています。Charley'sでは3歳に限定したUSDAプライムとチョイスのアンガス去勢雄牛を提供しています。柔らかさと風味を目的として4～6週間熟成させ、一定の品質を保証するため、毎日手作業でステーキをカットしています。ステーキは、フロリダ産の柑橘類とオーク材を薪とする特注のピットで、約650℃の直火で焼かれます。この食欲をかきたてる強烈な味で、2007年以降毎年、Charley'sはアメリカで1番のステーキハウスとなっています。Charley'sは、料理からワインセラーのワインにいたるまで、最高級のものだけを提供することを哲学としています。ワインセラーには、世界各地の素晴らしいワイナリーから取り寄せた500種類のワインが揃っています。Charley'sはワイン・スペクテイター誌の最優秀賞、DiRōNA and Orlando Magazineの「ベスト・ステーキハウス＆ベスト・オールド・フェイバリット」などの数々の賞を受賞しています。Charley’sは40年近くにわたって、世界中にファンを増やし続けています。皆様のご来店をお待ちしています。

    ステーキはbigで食べ応えあり。前菜やサラダもアメリカンサイズなので、日本人としては肉だけ頼むくらいでもお腹いっぱいです

    We treat ourselves to dinner at Charley's a couple of times a year for special occasions and we have never been disappointed. I must say our dinner last night was exceptional. I had the filet and my husband had the salmon. We both were extremely pleased with our meal and service.

    for price for food the dress code should be more formal y add said no T-shirt no flip-flop and we were well dressed so we were a little disappointment with the other dress codes people walk in with

    I have eaten at Charlie’s many times it was my first in Celebration. Service was a bit slow at the beginning, we got there 10-15 before our reservation and felt we were forgotten for a bit, there were parties same side that were sat before we did, even though we were there much earlier than most. Tony our server was on point the whole night, the food was amazing, once we got our first drinks and water things got much better. Charlie’s is and has been always a favorite of mine. Will always go back.

    Had an 8:15 reservation for Valentine’s Day and I want to say everything went as smoothly as possible. We arrived and were seated promptly, the entire staff was great. A shoutout to our server Ed! We ordered the porterhouse, fried shrimp, and cauliflower. For drinks we had the mai tai and blueberry hibiscus lemonade. We were so full by the end but could not leave without a butter cake to go. Overall very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Charley’s for any special occasion.
