Aureoleでは、チャーリー・パーマー（加工食品に反対する農場支持者）の斬新な特製アメリカ料理を楽しめます。かつてタウンハウスにあったAureoleは、総料理長マーカス・グリードウ・ウェアの指揮の下、ワン・ブライアント・パークで料理を提供し続けています。モダンなAureoleは、フォーマルなダイニングルームとカジュアルなリバティルームに分かれています。濃いアースカラーと金色の照明が調和したダイニングルームは、Aureoleがかつてあったタウンハウスの心地良さを思わせる快適な雰囲気やほんわりとした豪華なぬくもりに包まれています。ディナーには3コース料理（均一価格）とおまかせコース料理、ランチには四季折々の3コース料理（均一価格）とアラカルト料理を用意しています。予約はダイニングルームのみ受け付けています。カジュアルなバールームの予約は、Aureoleのリバティルームで行ってください。

                                          レストランウィークのランチで利用しましたが、全体的には残念な印象。スープはとても美味しかったけれど、メインはボリュームがあるだけで味は深みがなくいまいち。最も残念だったのがペアリングワイン20ドルで、美味しいワインだったけれど通常の半分以下の量でテイスティングワインのよう。全体的にレストランウィーク価格重視された内容。個人的に安いワインで普通の量を楽しめた方が良かったし、お料理は美味しくて量が少ない方がまだ良かった。楽しいはずの時間もやや台無しな感じでした。

                                          We had a nice meal, food quality was great, the service was terrible, the wait staff was non responsive. We had four different people assisting our table but no one seemed to be in charge. The restaurant was not busy. We had to get up and ask for help three times for service. No one ever cleared plates, so when the dinner finally arrived they had to find others to come and clear the table. Kinda embarrassing for my guests

                                          The food was fantastic. The bartender made me a fruity rum concoction that was delicious. Our service was really slow though and we were ignored by our waiter a lot towards the end. We almost missed our show.

                                          Always a good experience for lunch here. It’s a go to spot when entertaining for business. A hidden gem with excellent service and a thoughtful, delicious menu. You can’t go wrong with the steak frits.

                                          The service, food and cocktails were exceptional! Could not have asked for anything more. Truly a hidden gem. The hustle and bustle of Time Square disappears as soon as you enter. This should be a destination restaurant.

                                          Always a good experience here for elevated dining. I like the prixe fixe lunch menu with its ever changing variety. Our service this time was a little uneven but still very good (a downgrade from the usual excellence). Food is always excellent. Highly recommend for a business lunch or indulgent dinner. Very convenient location in the heart of Times Square.
