Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online for up to 8 guests. For reservations of 9 or more, please email us at charlotte@lottehotelseattle.com or call 206.800.8117 for information on our large party offerings.

Our grand buffet will serve an array of offerings. $95 per adult + 25% service charge + 10.25% sales tax $55 per child + 25% service charge + 10.25% sales tax All payments will be tendered on the day of.     Food was okay, but was overpriced. Service was okay but not excellent. Went there for my birthday brunch, no mention of it by any of the staff even though indicated on the reservation. Was able to sit at a window table as requested. Would recommend it if you are staying at the hotel for convenience.

    You have to try the desserts - they are amazing and cannot be missed. Love the vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options for all courses.

    My girlfriend and I dined here to celebrate her birthday. We had a nighttime view of the city to cheers to. Our server, Daniel, was outstanding. He made great suggestions and helped make her birthday a little extra special with champagne. The food was delicious, the cocktails were great, and dessert was delicious. We’ll definitely be back to celebrate there again!

    Food is just so lackluster and always missing something - even missing things listed on the menu description (like no radish sprouts on the salmon Benedict). The service is really poor and the amount of pretentiousness not merited at all.
