    Great food, service and views. Loved the selection of seafood and steak options and you can’t beat the views at dusk in the winter.

    Great food, but slow service. I was a snowy night, which might explain the languid pace, but that somewhat spoiled what could have been an exceptional experience.

    We enjoy each other and the service, atmosphere and food very much. We would recommend it to anybody. Management staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was prepared to our liking. Thank you for the wonderful experience

    I had a reservation & still had to wait almost an hr to be seated. Food took another hour even though I ordered as soon as I sat down. Also they forgot my one of my sides & didn't even bring it to me when I mentioned that they didn't bring it with the rest of the food had arrived. Waiter never really checked in on us. Honestly wished I went somewhere else ☹️ food was definitely overpriced, I've eaten better at Texas roadhouse 🥲

    Overall, a very fun night, and we enjoyed our time. However, some of the people that were allowed in, should not have been. I’m going to put part of this on the chart house, as their dress code says smart casual. Smart casual, does not mean T-shirt, the chart house should be turning those people away. Also, don’t expect to go to the chart house on Valentines night and be in and out in an hour or an hour and a half, it’s not Texas roadhouse. Lobster bisque was phenomenal, the chocolate lava cake was delicious, about the coconut shrimp and the Ahi were delicious as well. I would also like to point out, but the one star rating given by “Danielle”, was unfair. The manager tried to work with them, but they were clearly trying to get their check comped. Ultimately, they left without paying, after having two very expensive drinks, an appetizer, a salad and two lobster tails… Then, they felt the need to leave without paying. I’ve never seen such a thing in my life.

    Horrible service! The manager was rude and unprofessional! Would never go back for cold food and hour wait for salad!

    Service was extremely slow. Diners next to us were there for three hours. We didn’t get our meal for an hour and a half. Meal came out incomplete and without side dish that was ordered. Bar service was slow as well. Twenty five minutes between drink orders. Disappointing for the cost especially on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day.

    Steak Filet and lobster tail was great. Steak was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Lobster tail was cooked just right, firm but tender and not overly chewy. Mashed potatoes were good, had good taste when I added some salt and pepper to it. Good wine selection and great location and atmosphere. Tip. Make a reservation early in the evening like 5pm on holidays such as Valentines Day as it gets very busy.
