    Food was good and service was great, but the restaurant is dingy and smells musty. No one wants to get dressed up and spend a lot of money on a meal in an old, run down musty place. They are right on the water which is great but they need to renovate the space!

    The kitchen lost our entree order after 45 minutes I asked the server where our entrees were two minutes later the prime ribs came out RAW….I admittedly did not handle this well and they put them back in the oven…the manager comped us a glass of wine and then dumped it in my lap unintentionally…the manager comped us the entrees which was the right thing to do…we love the chart house concept this was a disaster

    I ordered tuna medium rare and got cold blackened tuna. No offer to take it off my bill. Meal took forever to arrive.

    Very sad. Complete food failure. Food sent back twice and still not right, so left without entree. I hope things improve for them. Normally a nice restaurant.

    We sat at the bar and Ian was outstanding!!! The lettuce wraps were so good. We were looking so forward to this dinner, but we had an emergency and had to go. New reservation set for next week.

    One of the best happy hours in town! Food is good and the prices are great! Our experience with our server was off the charts the best we've ever had! Will definitely return!

    Made reservations through open table and the hostess and waiter all knew about our requests when we arrived and had a perfect table with the perfect view and the perfect dinner topped off by the famous lava cake. 10 out of 10!
