    、食事も美味しくて景色も最高だけど、テーブル担当のサービスは良くなかったのが残念。英語が不慣れなこちらにイライラしている雰囲気でした。

    景色はもちろん最高でしたが、食事もなかなか美味しかったです。サーモンとフィレ肉にしましたが、どちらもGood！！ また、冷静ガスパッチョのスープは大変ヘルシーで美味しかったです。 ただし、窓のすぐ前の大変いい席でしたが、回転が思ったより速く(1時間で一周)最初慣れるまで若干気分が悪く、酔ってしまいました。

    This was a memorable experience for my fiancée and me. The food was incredible with the filet minon melted in my mouth, no, really it did! The desert, a lava cake, was the perfect end. Now, the thing that makes it all worth it is the view. High above San Antonio, 750 feet, while dining, and the restaurant revolves! You never have a bad view. Plus, the service (thanks Dimas) was impeccable. Well worth the price! Guys, if you want to impress your date....take her here!

    Celebrating my wedding anniversary with family at what we thought would be a great experience but it was not, at all. Service was extremely slow, our server kept forgetting to bring items like bread, like ketchup for my grandson, refill ice tea, follow up etc. My pina colada didn’t have an inkling of pineapple or rum but was rather a tasteless slushy and when I requested a different drink I was asked to be specific as to why I didn’t like it. I thought tasteless was sufficient yet the server didn’t think so, that was ridiculous. The surf and turf was cold, the appetizers were chinchy with barely any shrimp the other appetizer extremely small portion as well, both were priced was absurdly for the size! Back to the surf and turf, the meat was dry and tough, the lobster also cold and tough but we had waited so long for our food and we didn’t want the chance of having our food spit on by complaining we made due but all of us were disappointed with our meals as ALL FOOD WAS COLD, potatoes, vegetables, chicken, everything!! Extremely disappointed!!! Only thing enjoyable but at a minimum was the view. But that was overshadowed by the bad service and continually being forgotten. Also the ambiance can stand for better output of music, it could hardly be heard.

    The food , the view , the meals options. And the service was amazing. Ms/Mrs Beatrice was very courteous and caring … it was a lovely overall amazing experience . Swordfish was on point ! All above are sustains . Though, mash potatoes can be slightly on the more softer side

    The service was good. Our waiter is a good guy but he didn’t have help in which you figure they should have. Appetizers were good. Main entree was okay. The prime rib was a little rubbery. The desert was a COMPLETE disaster. They hyped up the chocolate lava and said it had to take a while but no lava and it’s something I could have done in 20 minutes. Key Lime…if you ever had Marie Calendars Key Lime or any Key Lime at any grocery store it would have been better. Oh we were going to take it home and the flaw from the waiter was that he gave us the box and he DID NOT pack it. Look I didn’t mind the ticket, Valentine’s weekend and all but for an overall experience…will I go again. Maybe. IF the other restaurants are booked solid.

    The Chart House has great tasting food but the star of the night is the view. You just can ask for anything better. Great place to eat and view the city!

    $55.00 steak was defenitly not worth the price. They medium rare steak was super dry and I don’t even understand how that was possible. My wife had the shrimp and we have had better shrimp at long John silvers. Our waiter said the lava cake was freshly made as we ordered it but it came out hard and cold. I would get rid of the manager. Such bad food for a great place.
