Steaks and beet appetizer were great. Bison appetizer was not good. Red velvet cake not good. Drinks good. Service good. If you want a steak and salad it’s great just stick to that.

We had the filet, baseball sirloin, and the chicken. They were all excellent!! The sides of potatoes, carrots, polenta delicious as well. Would definitely go back

The Charterhouse was quiet atmosphere, which was very nice for BC. The steaks were amazing, the rolls were tasty, our server was friendly. Great place for an easy night out without all the fuss.

I am so glad we tried this place. The staff could not have been more pleasant and all the food that we tried was divine.

We had a great NYE experience. I had the scallops and the rest of my family had tenderloin. Our waiter, Chase was so nice. It was our first time to the restaurant but we will be back.

May have been one of the worst steakhouses I’ve ever gone to. Nick, our server, was excellent and very attentive. But through no fault of his own, the food was terrible. My daughter wouldn’t even finish the grilled cheese sandwich she ordered from the kids menu. The cauliflower steak I had was not cooked correctly, the mashed potatoes with my other daughter’s meal were very sweet with a bad aftertaste and the dessert was even undercooked. Would NOT recommend this place. What made it worse is that all of this cost more than most any other meal I’ve had at a steakhouse because there was a $150/pp minimum for New Year’s.
