From Back Home Hospitality comes Che Fico Parco Menlo, an evolution of Che Fico specifically created for the Peninsula located at Springline in Menlo Park.

Che Fico Parco Menlo takes inspiration from its critically acclaimed sister restaurant in San Francisco while adding new creations to its menu of Italian fare with California influences. Dishes of hand-rolled pasta, naturally fermented sourdough pizza, antipasti, meat, and fish celebrate the team’s’ passion for Italian cuisine and their dedication to using the best seasonal products from farmers and purveyors in the Bay area.

With a vibrant design by Jon De La Cruz, Che Fico Parco Menlo will be the premier destination for both business and social events with private dining options for up to 70 guests. In addition to the dining room, there is an all-season outdoor patio covered by a custom-built pergola with fans for summer nights and heaters for Menlo park 'winters'.

    Our guest chefs are traveling from across the globe to bring their exceptional talent to San Francisco to showcase a blend of their most famous dishes alongside brand new creations, crafted exclusively for these special evenings. We are excited to welcome: Andrew Carmellini - Chef Carmellini is the force behind the outstanding food and drink at the 15 restaurants, bars and food stands he owns with his partners at NoHo Hospitality. He has received a place on Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs list, James Beard Rising Star Chef and Best Chef New York awards, as well as a Michelin star. The dinner will take place in our private dining room Cancellation Policy: Guest must notify Che Fico of cancellation 48 hours before event time or guest will be charged full menu price plus fees Menus will be four courses for $175 per person: Antipasti Sheep's Milk Ricotta all'Locanda Italian Chicories, Pear & Hazelnut Primi Black Shells, Dungeness Crab & Bottarga Secondi Grilled Quail, Umbrian Lentils & Local Citrus Dolci Sicilian Pistachio Cake, Ligurian Olive Oil Gelato

    We likes the food and the server was nice BUT the kitchen must have been super backed up. It took ages between appetizer and the pastas. And ages again between pasta/pizza and the mains. We ate quickly but after ordering just a single soft serve and asking for the check, we had been at the table for 2 hours. I think there was 20-30 minutes between appetizer and pizza, and similarly between pizza and main. This was all served family style so there was no need to give us THAT much time, which makes me think it was understaffing at the kitchen. Probably should try coming here on a weekday instead. Fresh crab pasta was wonderful, as was suppli. For the price and portion size though, I hope their kitchen speed can improve.

    Our server disappeared after our main courses were dropped despite the restaurant being less busy and fairly quiet last night. As a result, our dinner dragged out a bit longer than I had hoped. Thanks for taking a look.

    We booked a table and got seated against the wall with two at the ends. We are over 60. The noise level was loud. We couldn’t hear each other. We had many servers and they forgot our vegis which arrived half way through our meal. It was disappointing. The food was expensive but delicious. Overall we would only go back on a warmer day and sit outside.

    I have been here many times and was disappointed during my most recent visit. I had a reservation for 4, our table wasn’t ready. We waited 30 minutes for our table and once we were seated we waited 15 minutes for the server to come by. The food was great, per usual. I wish they had comped a round of drinks for making us wait 45 minutes to order our meal.

    Food was decent, pizza was disappointing, but Pasta was great. Service was the low point. We had to keep requesting for someone to take our order at the beginning and during. They did not bring the wine that we ordered until we were almost done eating and told us they couldn't locate the wine we ordered in the cellar. Towards the end they were nice, tried to pour complimentary wine. But overall disappointed with the service. For the high-end prices, we expected better.

    I felt the pizza was flavorless and took about 4550 minutes to get to the table. The pork chop had some good flavor as well as the beans that were on the plate and the meat salad tasted good but at $150 I will not be going back.

    Great food, good service. Just a bit chilly sitting outdoors even with the heaters. Missed having an after dinner espresso.
