The Most Delicious Food & Warmest Welcome. Experience mouthwatering à la carte and ‘set’ menus. Delight in lovingly prepared tasting menus, complemented by expertly matched wine pairings. Savour exceptional light lunches and fabulous vegetarian/ vegan options. Enjoy delicious small plates in our relaxing bar. We also serve Afternoon Tea daily from 12:30pm to 2:00pm.

    Afternoon tea is quite simply an unforgettable experience here at Cheal’s. We offer a fabulous 2 course afternoon tea served daily. Each course is lovingly prepared by our in-house pastry team, using traditional ingredients. Choose from nine different teas, cocktails or a glass of prosecco or champagne, for a truly memorable occasion. Wednesday - Saturday: 12:30pm – 2:00pm £55 per person Please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice for this booking type. Bookings made with under 48 hours' notice may not be honoured.

Bookings available from 18:00 until 20:45. Join us afterwards for a complimentary glass of bubbles at Warren's bar, as we toast the end of 2024 and start of 2025. Please note that bookings will be allocated in The Lounge and Main Restaurant. Requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to accommodate.     Yet another superb dining experience at Cheal’s last evening. In all the meals we have enjoyed there, they have remained consistently outstanding throughout. The experienced and professional staff (who never refer to us as ‘guys’ or ‘mate’), the lovely comfortable surroundings and the exciting choice of dishes all add up to an evening of sheer enjoyment. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.

    I have been to Cheals Knowle 3times now and have never been disappointed. The service food and ambiance are amazing. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

    Atmosphere was great, decor was great, food was excellent, with a great choice from taster menu, set menu & a la cart, with vegetarian options. Service was great from the plentiful staff

    Lovely place Great waiter but there's just hardly any food, mainly on the main course. Taste was great. It lacked colour!

    The service and quality of food are outstanding. Although the restaurant was quiet at lunchtime there was a comfortable ambience. All the staff were able to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
