    I had heard so many great things about the restaurant so maybe Valentine’s Day wasn’t the day. The band was great but it’s such a small space for a band so it was tough to have a conversation. The decor is really nice and excellent staff and service. It was pricey for so so food. I don’t mind paying for a meal but I expect perfection for $300 ( for 2). The dressing on the burrata was divine. The burrata was ok. The charred octopus risotto was really good. My husband thought the octopus was chewy (we love octopus and have eaten it all over the world so , again, high expectations. The wagyu meatball really failed. The egg noodles were bland, the meatball was dry, the sauce tasted like tomato paste. The dessert was decent. I would not go there again because there are other restaurants where I’m happy to drop $400 because I know they’re going to hit the mark. I’d go back for the bar, band and ambiance.

    Ambience sitting in back room felt like we are in someone’s garage. Food was ok and chef very accommodating but definitely not worth $380 for two people. Can’t recommend this place. The jazz band sounded good but we were there for a Valentines dinner.

    Really nice, looking forward to going back for a regular dinner and see the real menu, the food was fantastic. The music might have been a little loud for a Valentines dinner, but it was still really good. overall very happy we chose Chez L’Amour for a Valentines dinner

    First time going to Chez L’Amour and my boyfriend and I will be back! What an amazing experience and the service it outside. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The Jazz is so much fun and really gets the crowd going!

    Food was delicious, but we were hoping to hear live music… I guess we came too early.

    We are so sorry you missed the musical element of the Chez Experience! We do offer live, quality jazz music every evening of dinner service. Live music commences from 6-9pm Wednesday, Thurs, and Sunday evenings, and from 7pm-10pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, so that you know for your future visits! Thank you so much for the feedback

    Unique experience with tasty, interesting food and great music. The service was perfect. Our server accurately described various dishes. Portions were generous. Excellent value for the quality of food and entertainment. Drinks were great, too. Nice ambiance including the fire pit outside where relaxed afterward.
