Chez Pierre Bistro is an authentic and most charming French bistro that everybody wished they had in their neighborhood, where Chef Pierre develops his profound love for creative and innovative ideas in his kitchen.
The ambiance is intimate, friendly, his staff always very professional and his charming wife Esther watches over the dining room.

Chef Pierre has the extensive knowledge, passion and respect of the best ingredients from local farmers markets. His cuisine is superb and his daily specials are impressive, unique and follow the seasons.
In the winter you can find his famous cassoulet, in the spring, shad roe and soft shell crabs, in the summer, paella in addition to a selection of wild fish.

It is no surprise that Chez Pierre Bistro has been voted Best French restaurant of the Desert for the past 10 years and nominated among ”Best Chef of America” by his peers.

                            Last night was our first experience at Chez Pierre, and definitely not our last!! The steak tartare is outstanding, and enough for 2. The special, veal pot roast, was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. We really wanted sweetbreads but they were out. Just another reason for us to go again! Thank you to Arturo for taking such good care of us, we can’t wait to come back!!

                            Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Food was very delicious and the crème brûlée was amazing. We came to celebrate our anniversary and it was one of our best ever. We have had forty three. We would encourage everybody to experience this wonderful restaurant.

                            Wonderful night with great food, great wine and service. Do not be put off by the location. This restaurant is a little gem.

                            Looking for an intimate dining experience and great food? Chez Pierre is an excellent choice. We ordered beef tongue, oysters, sand dabs, clams, and chicken livers with pasta. The beef tongue and sand dabs were melt-in-the-mouth treats. Every dish was quite tasty. The waiter was very accommodating to our needs. It was quiet, so you can talk during your meal.

                            GREAT! AMAZING! Searched online for the best French restaurant in the area because we were at Palm Desert for the night and Chez Pierre popped up on my screen. Since I read great reviews I decided to take my wife for a dare. We had a reservation and arrived stressed, almost 30 minutes late. We were greeted with a smile and kind words "You can relax now" the hostess told us. We did! 2 glasses of wine to start recommend by our server Arturo. Great wine! We had to order a bottle after that. Then we enjoyed Escargot, Endive salad and Caesar salad. Main course: a fantastic Beef Bourguignon and Braised Sweetbread. Dessert: Profiteroles and Beignets. Delicious food and impeccable service. We'll be back. Highly recommend! You must go too!

                            Wonderful birthday dinner for my husband. The four of us all enjoyed ourselves immensely. Arturo, our waiter, and his colleagues are great.
