CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Critically acclaimed and touted in Las Vegas Magazine as the “Latin-dining hot spot,” CHICA serves up an array of show stopping dishes created by Celebrity Chef, Lorena Garcia in a playfully, vibrant atmosphere.

Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even cocktails are crafted with an infusion of cultural heritage allowing diners to explore multiple cuisines all at once. CHICA’s menu presents a dynamic take on classic Latin dishes, from the tastes of Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Open daily for lunch and dinner, CHICA also welcomes guests to a lively weekend brunch and a seductive nighttime affair, CHICA Nights Friday through Saturday.

    We had a lot of fun at chica for New Year’s Eve. Music was great. Our server was wonderful and didn’t rush us. Food was good. Great value for a family of 5 for New Year’s Eve. I appreciated that they didn’t have minimum per person, as most other restaurants did.

    CHICA was amazing! We came here for dinner and the food was all delicious. We couldnt decide which dish was better because they were all so yummy. We got the wagyu tartare, the short rib which was pulling apart, the ribeye and street corn and brussel sprouts as sides. Everything everything delicious, service was excellent, very good value for your money!

    Awesome meal! Apps came out at same time as main course which was disappointing but overall - would absolutely eat here again

    We went for breakfast and I had the Açaí bowl and green drink and my husband had the breakfast burrito. The food was delicious and our waiter was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back whenever we’re in Las Vegas.

    Overall I give this establishment a 9.0. First off the Salman plate was amazing and delicious, perfectly cooked to a medium. On the other hand the Octopus was completely overcooked and not so tasty. The steaks I believe to be well over priced, kind of hard to justify $72 skirt steak. But again overall it was a fantastic experience:)
